Well, it’s about time I made a post in here that wasn’t a reblog, a link from my music blog, an imported tweet (I should really disable that sometime, because it’s not working very well), or me going “I never post in here! I will someday…”, isn’t it? Let’s see what I could post about. My sudden obsession with Arcade Fire, perhaps? I saw them live on Wednesday (somewhat impulsively…bought the ticket that morning after finding out on Monday that they were coming), and it was one of the best concert experiences of my life. I already had all of “The Suburbs,” and after that, I got more of their music…and I’m pretty much madly in love with it. And I also caught the second half of their Coachella set (thank you, YouTube live webcast), which was awesome. So there’s that.
And I also have a job now. For about a month or so. One of the random imported tweets probably mentioned that somehow.
P.S., Tumblr has some serious hardcore loading issues sometimes with Chrome, and it’s not that great. Pictures refusing to show up, the little corner “Dashboard/Reblog/Like” buttons disappearing, etc. Maybe that’s a reason I don’t post here so much? Eh, probably not.
(Well…it remains to be seen how I’m going to use this. Still. For now, me and Tumblr are in a sea of uncertainty, basically. At least there’s always my beloved Zooey to reblog, when all else fails. :))
make the cookies on this website, then when they are out of the oven, mix equal parts honey and peanut butter (about 1/2 cup of each) and about 3 tbsp of cocoa powder. place it in the microwave and run for 1 minute. Depending on the thickness you may add more honey to adjust the viscosity after it’s come out of the microwave. now place this “fudge sauce” in a pastry bag and pipe it on to the top of the peanut butter cookie in a swirl. place the finished cookies in the fridge to set. eat. enjoy!
A cookie recipe from Zooey Deschanel. So basically these cookies must be the best-tasting ones ever. I must make this ASAP. :)
